New Markets, New Opportunity
In 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic in full-swing, a mass exodus of new South Florida residents from the Northeastern United States, and a booming real estate market, Swedroe Architecture and award winning luxury home designer, Rex Nichols, formed a joint partnership. This new enterprise is allowing for both Miami Architecture firms to use their skills to increase design productivity in both luxury single family home, and luxury condo designs.
An entirely new section of the website was created to feature the new joint single family home projects and to also boost SEO and Paid Advertising efforts going forward.
