Originally created from within Lennar (LEN), Rialto Capital’s industrial focus is Real Estate Asset Management; in 2018, Rialto Capital’s leadership, partnered with Stone Point Capital to become its own entity, separate from Lennar.
The company acquisition ready to finalize, sliStudios was contacted and tasked with remodeling Rialto Capital’s corporate website to reflect the company’s transition into its new role as a privately-held, independent enterprise.
With a deadline of less-than-two weeks to re-design, build and launch the new website based on the original, existing, content, sliStudios was able to deliver on that goal. However, launch of the new RialtoCapital.com was delayed as updated language and verbiage was necessary to be more in-line with Rialto Capital’s new marketing focus. – After a two-month ‘change delay’ to fine-tune the content, the website was published live in February, 2019.
The look and feel of the new RialtoCapital.com website is fully expressed by corporate minimalism.
Taking advantage of modern technology and understanding how visitors interact with websites in these times, we simplified everything about the website layout, information and navigation – making it very easy for visitors to the website to locate information quickly and make a decision before leaving the site.
